Update snap package's gnome plugs

Expected Behavior

gnome extension update from current gnome-3-28-1804 to gnome-42-2204.

Reproduction Steps

Install insomnia snap version.Then

snap connections insomnia

Current snap package is builded on core22 snap base.Its easy to update the gnome extension,see below:

Blocked by electron-userland/electron-builder#8549 - can be closed after that is fixed and merged and we use new electron-builder version.
