What is the reason for a dedicated platform for Gno governance related discussions when we already have #governance in official Discord channel? No offence, just interesting

Sorry, I've been busy the last few days taking care of my mom.

As you might see in discord we're all talking in between each other and there's no way to categorise things within the discussion. Here everyone can start a new topic and we can talk in that topic about the issue.

Core devs are more on github than on discord and don't really have time to read through all the channels, where here they can just follow it easily.
If an issue is discussed and we come to a consensus we can write that in a text in a document directly in github and make a Pull Request in the official Gnoland repo where it can be accepted or further discussed and adjusted.
I'll add some more topics today as examples to discuss.
