[Bug]: `KryptonForm` dimensions

I noticed a possible bug with the form dimensions in KFrom.
This occurs in versions v95 and later, and in v100.

In the example, I set the form size to 400x400. When I close and reopen the designer, the dimensions change to 402x394.

Whenever I save, close, and reopen the designer, the width increases by 2 px and the height decreases by 6 px.

I also see the width increases by 2 px every time I open the solution, haven't noticed the height decreases by 6 px though
