Cannot send BTX #6

I am using a Trezor. I sent 5 BTX to the wallet. I then tried to send out 3 BTX and got the following error:

b'\xf9\xa3\xbc\x81\x96\xf0^\x8c1\xdfg\xc81r\xa1\xa6Nl%\x08\x00l\xdf\xcbg\xf3po}\xce'

I tried sending to both a legacy and segwit address, both failed. It appears I have 5 BTX stuck in this wallet.

I have been having the same problem for over a year now. My coins are stuck. It looks like the developers are not interested in developing their coin.
