Add better map

Not small number of Lacuna visitors continuously told us our building is hard to find.
We had better to add some image navigation, video(Like the one of Punke), etc.

i think the map is 👍 and not sure lacuna needs to be found easily and publicly? doing a video/gif of the walk from the bridge is easy to do tho and could be funny :)

For example, we had event hosted non member. She/he wrote email with following navigation.

When you see 44A on Paul Lincke Ufer, take the bigger entrance to the hof. Walk all the way back where you see the “Hard Wax” writing on the wall. On the right you will see the building entrance with a signage “Utopia”. In case you have difficulties to find it, you can call me from 0163 xxxx oooo.
