PoR - Feature Request: Allow both characters to equip Owl Morph and Speed Up

One of the most obnoxious parts of running this rando frequently is the constant need to swap between spells if you use Charlotte offensively. Allowing both of them to equip these specific support skills would make menuing much less cumbersome and allow for Johnathan's Partner Skill button to act as a secondary cast button for these skills.
