PoR - Feature Request: Fast Sanctuarty cast options or Select Sanctuary character #183

Sanctuary casting on the sisters can be extremely frustrating and when paired with skill rando, it makes for a very desperate experience when Sanctuary is rolled as a Johnathan skill. An option to force Sanctuarys cast speed to be 0.1s would make this consistent no matter who the skill rolls for. It might also be viable to just allow the player to specify in the seed options which character they want Sanctuary to be usable by.
