Windwaker running Vanilla, randomizer active

I have followed tutorials for running the Windwaker randomizer, and have made exceptions in my antivirus to it doesn't get flagged as a virus. The randomizer has generated a seed and I verified the files in the spoiler log. I have set my vanilla ISO, and I just updated Dolphin only an hour before downloading all of the tools to run the randomizer.

When I run the game through Dolphin, the ISO opens as the original vanilla game, and is not opening as the Randomizer. The randomizer window is open and running, and does not close or crash when I run the ISO. It's like they're not connected. I have made sure that the ISO I have saved in the randomizer is correct (I only have 1 Windwaker ISO) so I have no idea what is blocking me from playing it properly. As far as I know, everything is correct and should run. I get no error warnings, I get nothing at all. My randomizer is still open right now, in fact.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

At the bottom right of the randomizer window you'll find a "Randomize" button. When you click this it will create a new ISO in the "Randomized Output Folder" directory, named "WW Random ".

This is the file you need to load in dolphin. It's a different file from your Vanilla ISO (so you should have at least one other entry in dolphin in addition to the vanilla game which will be named "Wind Waker Randomized " with a different banner with "Zelda" in blue instead of red, and that's the one you should use)

Everything is contained in this ISO. You can close the randomizer window after running "Generate" (when the progress dialog is done) before even starting the game in dolphin. You can even run this ISO on a real console if you want
