Job Time Display

In our hackerspace, we charge by the 10 minutes for laser use. It'd be useful if LAOS would display how long a job has been running for, during and after a job finishes so people can better keep track.

Logging the runtime of each job to the SD card would be awesome too, though may be more difficult.
