Add a way to limit tracked channels per discord server

Maximum amount of tracked twitch channels reached. This feature detects channels in all guilds. Instead, can you make it so that each guild has its own border?
I made the limit to 1 and it was like that.

Unfortunately the limit is based on limitations by Twitch's PubSub API, tracking further channels would require multiple IPs.

Which is why this bot isn't viable to run as a public instance.

I mean, i want to limit 25 for each guild but right now it collects all guilds.

Oh, alright I'll leave this open as a feature request to add a limit per guild and change the title.
