The 2.0 alpha release is now available: Leaflet 2.0.0-alpha
This is probably the most popular cluster plugin for leaflet, so I sincerely hope it gets updated for 2.0

If its of any help to anyone you can use v2 with Leaflet-V1-polyfill and you only appear to need 3 of the polyfills:

  applyDomUtilPolyfill();
  applyUtilPolyfill();
  applyFactoryMethodsPolyfill();
