rapid:page command to generate a page
rapid:site installation menu asks for homepage title and blurb, and for additional section titles and blurb.
Data stored in the Wink pages table
$page added to generated controller/s
routes for each page generated
views for each page generated, with a hero and intro blurb.
nav bar with all the generated pages and hrefs
