Duplicated LEAN_PORT value on sample.env #72

Got two values assigned to LEAN_PORT somehow in the sample env file.

docker-leantime/sample.env

Line 6 in e13b879

    
           LEAN_PORT = 80                                # The port to expose and access Leantime

LEAN_PORT = '8081'
