Edit tasks with tasks plugin modal!

With the latest release, task items in vaults with the tasks plugin installed and enabled should have a modify icon (pencil emoji), which enables editing task items by calling out the task edit modal of tasks plugin when clicked.

1. Now the issue that taskFiles option automatically filled by all the task files are now resolved. The default behavior now is displaying Inbox file(if defined) and today's daily note in the quick task entry panel, but the option page will always display the user defined files only. (#4, #5)
2. A new feature is added to enable excluding tasks from specific files or folders as suggested by #4 and #5. I believe it will be a good addition to the tag-based filtering.
