Don't resume after restart if paused

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Red Moon resumes after restarting the phone, even if it was previously paused. This can make reading difficult when the phone restarts during the day, and clicking the pause/turn off buttons can be difficult when using the phone outdoors in direct sunlight.

Describe the solution you'd like
The app should only resume if it was running before the phone restarted.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Turn off filtering instead of pausing it, but I forget to do that because I'm used to pausing it during the day so I can quickly turn it back on from the notification panel.
