Consider removing *Build System* docs #232
Description
Current documentation about the Lind toolchain used for building and running Lind programs is distributed over several pages under the Build System section of the website. Some issues with the docs include:
- lack of bigger picture (how do these tools relate? why do we use them the way we use them?)
- outdated instructions
- irrelevant instructions (git snippets, partial instructions about alternative build tools, snippets to write build scripts, ...)
- overly detailed instructions (full copies of build scripts, ...)
- overly succinct instructions (see Update bazel.md #180)
A replacement is proposed in #231
