Create Lind-Repy image

We should have an image of the last working version of Lind w/ safeposix via Repy on dockerhub.

To do this we'll have to go back in the Native Client and glibc commit history to match the last dates where safeposix was working, and then try to build an image with the safeposix-repy repo installed. If we can get that to work lets save it and not worry about it anymore after that.
