Fix Lind-Project repos

We need to do two things:

1. Add links to the docs in all subrepos of Lind-Project
2. Take inventory of the repos that exist here and see which ones are not actually being used/are useful. This mostly applies to the random forked repos from awhile back. Ones that we find aren't being used should be deleted/archived.
