Proposal: Include a "Bug Bounty" section

It doesn't have to be a paid bounty list, but maybe having a regularly updated list of specific features/issues (ie. direct links to the github issue #) that could use some love would be a cool addition? At the moment the talk seems to be broader on a project level, or about the type of help that can be offered.

There's plenty of smaller projects out there that might just need a bit of early beta testing of a feature before they land it in master, and being able to submit that to a more highly visible list would be great.

FWIW this is coming from an actual need I've had recently when trying to get some wider testing on my PRs to gamemode. I can't imagine I'm the only one who finds themselves in that position.
