video freezes

When I select a video on YouTube (auto-select is not detecting) (same results in youtube app and in web version), after minimizing the app or browser (google chrome) the picture in PiP-window freezes. I also tried video on vk.com, and this time the auto-selection detected the video frame, but also freezes after minimizing the browser.
