Setting minimum size of the window

Hello guys,

at the beginning I want to say thanks for the creators of the program and i have few questions.

1.Is it possible to change minimum size of the tracked window? Currently it is a bit too big for me and i'm looking for a solution.

2. Is it possible to lock the tracked windows, to be sure i won't move them or click them and change the current program i am using?
