[FEATURE_REQUEST] Add a "New Window" option to the opening method #1950

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe.
When editing an item, a user has a selection of ways to open link (the "Opening Method"). It has a number of selections, including opening in the same tab, opening in a new tab, etc.
It would be nice to be able to open a link in a new window. That is the only browser functionality not offered in Dashy.
Describe the solution you'd like
An addition to the Opening Method dropdown that has "New Window" and, when clicked, opens the link in a new browser window.
