Switching LineSeries doesn't seem to clear the old line

I have a CartesianChart in which I display a Line Series. When I switch the values collection to a new one with less points, it seems to no update the chart completely. Looking like this:

Am I doing something wrong?

I've found a workaround:

    [RelayCommand]
    private async Task Update(CartesianChart cartesianChart)
    {
        if (Series[0].Values is ObservableCollection<ObservablePoint> points)
        {
            points.Clear();
            await Task.Factory.StartNew(() => Thread.Sleep(100));
            points.Add(new(0, 2));
            points.Add(new(1, 3));
            points.Add(new(2, 4.6));
            points.Add(new(4, 7));
            points.Add(new(6, 8));
        }
    }

I also encountered the same problem. I tried many methods but none of them worked. The temporary solution is to create a new CartesianChart object each time and replace the previous one.

I was successful with the solution above. Just clear the points collection of the series, wait some time asynchronously and then add new values. It's not elegant, but ok for a workaround I think.
