Hello,
I cannot have H264 Hardware Encodinbg on my Intel UHD Graphics 630, QuickSync is not working, here the main errors:

Also, as I said in #2175 (comment) It also doesn't work for Nvidia Encoders too. It switches to software encoder whether it is x264 or hevc x265 which is so slow and consumes high CPU usage.

Earlier build from September found in the releases section work fine without issues.

Has it been confirmed that the problem is caused by the ffmpeg update?

I'm pretty sure this was caused by #4019 and fixed by #4391. Most of the encoder config parameters were shifted over by one, which explains why the encoders were all complaining about invalid arguments when trying to set profiles.
