Describe the Bug
I've enabled the option "Present OpenGL/Vulkan on top of DXGI" under NVENC, since many of the games I want to stream use Vulkan. With current/pre-release versions of Sunshine, the relevant nVidia option is enabled immediately upon startup - regardless if any streaming is taking place.
Unfortunately, this option causes horrible flickering issues in a lot of OpenGL-based software just in regular (non-streaming) use of the machine - for instance Davinci Resolve and KiCad. I can of course just quit Sunshine, and the option is returned to "Auto" as expected, but I believe a better solution (if possible) would be to alter the option as streaming begins and ends instead. There's no need for the option to be on otherwise, especially since it apparently causes pretty severe issues.
