Describe the Bug

We would like to remove mee6 from our server. To do this there are a few functions that need to be ported over to our own bot.

• leaderboard/levels ... we can migrate existing leaderboard from the mee6 api: https://mee6.xyz/api/plugins/levels/leaderboard/804382334370578482?page=1
• reaction roles (edit: no longer needed)

How levels work on mee6:

Every minute that you're messaging, you randomly gain between 15 and 25 XP.

To avoid spamming, earning XP is limited to once a minute per user.

In the server, you type /rank to see your rank and level.

We probably also need a better way to store persistent data. Perhaps using a private github repo.
