Not authorised to send Apple events to Finder on macOS Catalina 10.15.1

workaround:

1. Press EDIT at this menu
2. Export as new app
3. Start new app

Don't know why it's working like that and how to properly fix it, just found this on stack overflow

Maybe because it was packaged pre-Catalina?
