[Bug] Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use MutationObserver instead

1. Summary

I get unexpected message in console, if I use Keybinder.

2. Steps to reproduce

I reproduce the problem in a version of Firefox without addons and user settings.

I open page http://kristinita.ru → I open Firefox built-in console.

3. Expected behavior

If I disable Keybinder, I don't get warnings/errors in console.

4. Actual behavior

If I enable Keybinder,

Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use MutationObserver instead.

5. Environment

Operating system and version:
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 64-bit EN
Firefox:
52.0.2 (64-bit)

This isn't really a bug. It's just using a deprecated API I haven't gotten around to fixing, in no small part because I'm frustrated/annoyed by the direction Firefox is heading in.
