changing screen resolution

I accidentally pressed F10, reducing the screen resolution, and now I don't know how to go back.
The old trick of creating a shortcut and adding -setup at the end of the destination doesn't seem to work.
Can anyone help?

You can use shift+F10 to reverse the screen size changes or adjust the Sizer option in the sunglasses menu.

I think the -setup argument has been redundant since 0.7.
