用于设置reject规则避免在GCP上走akamai/edgio的IP而产生计费:

用户在使用GCP免费200G流量时,哪怕是流量还没用完,一旦和Akamai/cloudflare/fastly/edgio的IP互联,会产生对于云服务器而言的进站免费,出向到上述公司的IP时候产生计费.

而实际上在交互过程中,一定会产生小量的上传数据用于握手等等.若能支持geoip:akamai和geoip:edgio,将有效避免不必要的费用产生,用户也可以用于可选
