Replace xcompmgr with picom #583

It's not a big issue, and you probably won't even merge it, but I have a suggestion replace xcompmgr with picom, picom is a fork of xcompmgr, with better alt-tabbing support for fullscreen applications on different dwm tags, xcompmgr doesn't save the fullscreen state correctly, additionally picom has newer and better features ootb.
