Move Email storage and other questions

I am a total noob, apologies for asking if these are supposedly simple tasks.

I am running my server on a RP4 with a SSD sled. I dont want to break anything, still trying to figure it all out. But how do I move the Emails/data to the mounted storage? I know I can prolly just mv, but what would I move and what conf would I update to make sure it all works.

Also, how do I add a calendar for users on each domain?

Is there an admin portal GUI I can install?

Since apache is also installed, I presume I can also use this same install as my web host? I can find an apache how to for that.
