It would be great if there was a postfixadmin (https://github.com/postfixadmin/postfixadmin) panel

Yes, it may most valuable.

Is there anybody use this PostfixAdmin after the emailwiz.sh installation ?
Is it working correctly without any hassle ?

If it is simple to install programmatically and is optional in the script, I would accept a PR adding something like this, but I certainly don't want to make it mandatory.
