[5.2.0] Too many redirects error

Hi,
I'm trying to update my manually installed 5.1.2 to 5.2.0 and i have this error after upload new files.
So i've tried to install a brand new 5.2.0 on another domain but still got the same error right after installation is finished...
How can i fix it?

I've made a clean install instead...
