Profiles generalize #835 (#843)

* Script to edit profiles and default run (strips comments)

* Docstrings and blackening of script

* Delete duplicated template and link to description in training

* Specify linkedin by handle as well

* Rename training specific keys in profiles

* Renaming includes

* _educators -> _profiles

* Clarify gravatar hashes

* Gravatar to take preference over github picture

* Deal with broken gravatar hashes (fix or delete)

* Move howto file

* Permalinks shouldn't have 'training' in path

* Update profiles that have changed in the meantime
