Add a Note Management System

Feature Request: Note Management System with plate.js

Description
It would be great to add a note management system to SurfSense using plate-playground-template on the frontend, with data persisted in our backend.

Requirements

• Full CRUD support (Create, Read, Update, Delete) for notes.
• Ability to create a note from the researcher agent (this is a must-have).

Context
I'm planning to implement this myself since it's not trivial. But if anyone here already has experience with plate.js, please let me know if you'd like to take a crack at it!

Notes

• plate.js : https://platejs.org/
• The plate-playground-template is a good starting point for integrating it into the frontend.
• We’ll need backend endpoints to store, retrieve, update, and delete notes.
