Enumerate Littlewood-Richardson tableaux

It would be nice to enumerate and/or list out all Littlewood-Richardson tableaux of a fixed shape. I'm not sure of good ways to go about this, but maybe this reference will help as it seems to discuss the poset structure of Littlewood-Richardson tableaux.
