Add ability to provide existing claim for non-single pvc

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently need to provide an existing claim for individual services (admin, postfix, dovecot,etc). It does not appear to be possible with the current helm charts.

Add option for existingClaim for all services that currently support claimNameOverride
