Add Microsoft DirectMusic support (*.sgt, *.sty, *.dls, etc.)

Found another very MIDI-ish format.
Rumors say it's "standard" but originated from Microsoft (maybe).
The FR raised while I failed to convert/play files from this site

I would like to add DirectMusic support as two of my favourite games - Shogo and Blood 2 - use this format. However I think the documentation is very scarce and knowing Microsoft it will be unnecessarily complicated, so I suspect it will not be worth the effort to reverse engineer. However if there is enough documentation on the format (or someone is willing to implement it) then it would be great to add support for it, as I don't think there are any non-Windows players for this format.

Some further investigation reveals:

• Project implementing DirectMusic support (.sgt) - https://github.com/frabert/libdmusic
• Shogo/Blood2 use IMA (Interactive Music Architecture; *.sec instead of *.sgt), the forerunner to DirectMusic.
• Microsoft have some docs on DirectMusic file formats, but none for IMA.
