Change exit codes #1701
Description
Currently when Mango is stopped via SIGTERM it exits with status code 130, when the user restarts Mango from the web interface it exits with status code 0.
We may wish to change these/define them somewhere. This would help when running Mango via systemd or Windows service to determine if the service should restart Mango or not.
