Experiment with virtual environment

It's hard to develop Kricco remotely without possibility of testing DHCP traffic without keeping the whole setup virtually.
Previously we were just setting up hardware.
We should experiment with putting whole setup into a docker or VMs if docker is not possible.

I've heard that macvlan network type can help with hosting dhcp on docker
