Option A: Outdated and unclear instructions

I entered site:pranabekka.github.io in the search bar and got a link to this page.

When it said "site is already known", I went back to the website and didn't see the dialogue. I eventually saw that it says "In Crawler Queue" in the top right, so it must be doing that automatically now. This means Option A is outdated.

Also, when I read "If the website is already known", I first assumed it meant known by me, because I'd get some results if it was known by marginalia-search.com. So now I'm assuming it means if the domain is already known, because I've been using this subdomain for a while and I've never submitted a request.

Also +1: could maybe suggest looking for the "In Crawler Queue" label at the top right before submission options.
