Rule Check Bypassed when using comment between keywords

Not sure is this intended behaviour but when checking rules I didn't see such acceptance for action in documentation.

Usecase - Too many keywords in keyword

Keyword Name Example
Many keywords...
#comment
Many keywords more...
# comment
Keyword

When running command:
robocop check file-path

Keyword Name Example was not catch by rule check LEN03

if removedvcomments rule check captures the keyword violating LEN03

Edit: What made this bit weird case was that I noticed also that another keyword having also comments was captured by validation.
