Case sensitive filtering should be a checkbox in the editor (next to the filter line).

Also, many options would make more sense as a per-file preference. For example, the regex isn't necessary when I can control "Use the first line ... as headers" for each file individually. Or maybe I don't understand what this option does :-)

What does "Delimiter to use as a value delimiter in a cell" do?

@digulla This issue was raise to attract attention of @Mathieuu , the original author of this v1.2 fork

While Mathieu gave me commit rights, he since is not active and did not respond to questions like this ( e.g. #9 ).
I am ready to merge Pull Requests with any new features and can release
I don't know how to do per project or per file settings,
and as I am not using .csv file in current project, as have less stimulus to do research on the subject.

Could you raise 2 ideas mentioned here as separate new issues to keep it clearer.
