Idea - Spectate Mode and Edit Starting Order

It would be nice for someone just to watch the action or just spectate it. Qualifying could be cool as well.

Thanks for feedback! For now I have to improve overall app performance (and client side prediction), but when It will be fixed I will try to implement your suggestion :D
