No way to record VTOL Rotor Criticals #46
Description
There doesn't appear to be a method to record additional rotor criticals, which would reduce the cruising MP by 1 MP. Additionally, each point of rotor damage should remove 1 cruising MP, stacking with the rotor criticals.
