How to use TextEdit with MaskType DateTime

Hello,

I would like to make shure, user enters only valid Timespan in a TextEdit. Therefore I use TextEdit and would like to add the Pattern:

<TextEdit MaskType="MaskType.DateTime" Pattern="@CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.DateTimeFormat.LongTimePattern"/>

Is this correct?
