Is it the public Mergin Maps server or your own custom server? If it is the public server, could you select Custom Mergin Maps server and see what URL it is trying to connect to:

It's public Mergin Maps.

It's not working.

But in dashboard in Browser and in my Tablet it's working.

This looks like a firewall issue. Could you check if you can go to https://app.merginmaps.com from your web browser on the same PC where you run QGIS?

Yes, it's working ...

In QGIS, could you go to Settings > Options and then in the new window, under Network, enable Proxy. Set the proxy to Default:

Hi @mspyhm2001 and @saberraz - I filed a ticket to our support team, they will get back to you shortly. Will be good to understand what is the issue here as a reference for others too.

Hi @mspyhm2001, I was dealing with a ticket for someone who had this same problem the other day. They got it working by reinstalling QGIS and the Mergin Plugin.
