Need Upload Modals to Close After Finished Txn

• Upload modals for playbooks and shelf-creation need to close after the transaction has been signed and everything is submitted to IPFS

Also right now, if you click outside the modal accidentally while it is running, it seems to interrupt the process and never gets to the transaction?
