Bug: Incompatible peer dependencies for eslint-config-typescript upgrade
The upgrade of @metamask/eslint-config-typescript from 11.1.0 to 15.0.0 introduces peer dependency incompatibilities. The new version requires @metamask/eslint-config ^15.0.0 (currently ^11.1.0), eslint ^9.11.0 (currently ^8.40.0), eslint-plugin-jsdoc ^50.2.4 (currently ^39.6.2), and new packages like typescript-eslint ^8.39.0, eslint-import-resolver-typescript, and eslint-plugin-import-x that are missing entirely. This will cause eslint to fail when processing TypeScript files.
